Our Missions
Concord Baptist Church is a member of the Southern Baptist
Convention (SBC). Seasonal giving efforts help supplement our
financial support of International Missions (the Lottie Moon
Christmas Offering), North American Missions (the Annie Armstrong
Easter Offering) and State Missions (the Dixie Jackson Offering).
Why Give?
In Matthew 28:19-20 it says: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” This is a commandment that should not be taken lightly and should be at the heart of every born again christian.
We would love to talk to anyone who is wanting to know more about missions.

Our Vision is to connect with God; to connect with others; and to connect others to God. Our Purpose as a Bible-believing, New Testament Baptist church is a three-fold endeavor to exalt the Lord Jesus in both word and deed; to evangelize everyone within our realm of influence; and to equip believers to love the Lord with all their hearts, souls and strength, and to do the work of the ministry for the glory of God. Our Mission is to strike a balance in these five areas: to reach our community and the world with the Gospel (evangelism); to train our members to walk with Jesus and be bold in their faith (discipleship); to regularly join together for mutual support andencouragement (fellowship); to strive to meet the physical, emotional,
and spiritual needs of those in distress (ministry); and to display our commitment to our Lord in public and in private (worship).
